Prepare a series of three Table C matrices (C-1, C-2, and C-3) that summarize the estimated additional costs of the M.A.T. program during its initial three fiscal years of implementation (See the directions for completing this table on pages 40 and 43 of the section entitled "Request for Authorization to Establish a New Degree Program" in UNC-GA’s document entitled Academic Program Development Procedures (July 1994).
