The Board of Governors met in regular session January 14, 2000, in the Warwick

Center, Ballroom #1, on the campus of the University of North Carolina at Wilmington.

Mr. Ruffin, the chairman, called the meeting to order at 10:30 a.m.

of November 19, 1999, were approved as distributed.
