RESUMPTION OF OPEN SESSION

REPORT OF COMMITTEE ON PERSONNEL AND TENURE

Mr. Adcock, chair of the Committee on Personnel and Tenure, moved approval of

the committee’s summary personnel report and other items considered in closed session.

Mr. Nieman seconded the motion and it carried. (Appendix O)

President Broad thanked the board members for supporting the adjustments in the

salary range and salary of Tom Howe, director and general manager of the UNC Center for

Public Television.
