BOARD OF GOVERNORS MEETING

The Board of Governors met in regular session March 16, 2000, in Alumni Hall

III of the George Watts Hill Alumni Center, on the campus of the University of North Carolina at

Chapel Hill. Mr. Ruffin, the chairman, called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.
