the general public, etc. |

| Other Jobs |
I have served in a variety of roles
in the educational arena. I began my career as a full-time teacher
assistant and bus driver, sixth grade teacher, curriculum specialist,
assistant principal, and currently I am serving in the principal's role. |

| Passions |
I love to work in my yard, read,
cook, entertain, spend time with my family and friends, and travel! |

| Must Reads |
I highly recommend that all educators
read the following books: Who Moved My Cheese? by Spenser
Johnson, M.D. and The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People by
Stephen Covey. Johnson's book focuses on change and how people react
to change. He demonstrates a positive and negative reaction to
change within a maze and the outcomes of these reactions. Covey's
book encourages reflection in ways that people spend their time working
within organizations. He also encourages taking a look at how
individuals prioritize their professional and personal lives. |
