The focus is on the empowerment that comes when a student learner takes ownership of individual choices and develops self reliant decision making schools. School Management by Wandering Around Larry Frase, Robert Hetzel. This is my all time favorite book. By "wandering around" the principal gets an ecliptic look at the school's climate. My philosophy is tied to this premise, get out from behind the desk, and become a part of your school's climate |
